- Do you charge for web hosting and domain registration? No, these are included with the free website. If you own your own domain name, you can have your domain point to your new website.
- What’s the Catch…Do I really get a free High quality Custom web site for my funeral home? There are No fees for your website at all. The only fees are the per service fees for the timely updates and memorial creations for each family. Most funeral homes pass this small 29.00 per service fee onto the family. (Volume discounts available). This allows you to have no out of pocket expense what so ever, for our websites, memorials and the daily work we do for you, such as posting updates and photo editing etc. We like to see existing business have at least an average of 1 to 2 cases a month or 18 a year, after being established for a year in business. (In some cases a refundable deposit may be required)
- Do I have to learn how to do anything to my website? No. If you need to make changes to your site simply let us know when you want to make a change.
- What happens if I need to make corrections in the site or the memorials? As you well know, changes have to be made on obituaries and arrangements from time to time. We are accustomed to doing that, just simply let us know.
- How many services a year do I need to have to qualify for a free website? If you are a new funeral home we don’t have any qualifications, as you are building your business from scratch. That is where we invest in your new venture to help you succeed. We like to see existing business have at least an average of 1 to 2 a month or 18 a year, after being established for a year in business. ( In some cases a refundable deposit may be required)
- What are timely updates? This means that we will update your memorials within a maximum of 12 hours, from receipt from your email. However 12 hours is a rarity, as most updates are completed within a few minutes to a few hours. If something needs to be addressed right away, contact us by phone for more pressing needs.
- Do you have any monthly or annual fees? There are No fees for your website at all. The only fees are the per service fees for the timely updates and memorial creations for each family. - How dependable are you when it comes to accuracy and timely updates? We take pride in our very high accuracy rate. Usually if there is an accuracy issue it comes from the information we received being in error. As your back office team so to speak, we take our position seriously, to make sure you are completely satisfied with both promptness and accuracy. - If the family is paying for the memorials, what do they get? Each family gets a lifetime memorial website ($74.95) value. Seeing how it cost less than half it’s value, they get a really great deal at $29.00. It is a high quality interactive site with a photo, video gallery, social media integration, and of course a way to leave condolences. The arrangements, life story and survivors are also listed in the memorial. Not only that Remember Tributes uploads all of the above information along with some (4 or 5) photo’s for the family. The Family can continue to add photo's and video to the memorial from that point on.
- How do you collect & whom do you collect from? We bill the funeral home on the first of the month for the services performed in the prior month.
- What if I am unhappy with your service? Simply put, if we are not doing what we said we would do and you are unhappy, just tell us you don’t need our service. We do invest a lot of time in building a custom site for you, and ask that you work with us to resolve any issues. At present we have a 100% satisfied customer base, meaning we have never lost a customer that started using our service, so long as they reasonably paid for the services provided.
- Is there a contract that I have to sign that locks me into your service? There is no contract that ties you to us for any period of time. You are not just a number to us, we believe with our close communication that we literally become like part of your family, and doing what we say we will do is our promise, therefore satisfaction guaranteed is our contract.

- Is the photo restoration & editing free? Yes, We will do our best to help with the main photo of the deceased, to make it presentable on the web. Many of the funeral homes and their program printers really like having someone help them make their work look good to the family and world.
- How will people find my web site? We provide search engine optimization (SEO) for your website, and submit your site to the major search engines. The most effective way to attract visitors to your site is through the newspaper obituary, where you invite people to leave condolences online. If you print programs or any print material, it is important to include your website there as well. If you want to launch an online advertising campaign we can help you with that also.
- Can you add video and photo’s of the funeral home to my web site? Yes we particularly like showcasing and personalizing a funeral home with photo’s and video, whether you take them or if you are close enough for us to do them. Video tributes also get included in the memorial pages.
- Will my web site be unique and not look like any other? Yes, your website design is personalized to show the uniqueness of your business. We spend a lot of time customizing each site with various features. The memorial sections have various themes, and will look the same on other sites we build.
