TWO SERVICE OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM
Regular Digital Service:
• Includes 1 arrangement announcement slide with a photo.
Deluxe Service Upgrade:
• Includes 2 slides: a death notice slide (without photo) and an arrangement slide with a photo.

Standard Pricing:
• Set up fee: $150.00 (includes only 1 player device) (limited time special) additional screen setup fees are $75.00 each
• $10.00 per digital screen subscription per connected TV per month
• $12.00 per arrangement slide
• The deluxe version, including the death notice slide, is an additional $7.00.
Standard Cost Example Summary (After Setup): For a funeral home with 1 screen and 5 standard
services per month, the cost would be:
• 5 x $12 = $60 for arrangement slides
• $10.00 for the software screen charge Total: $70.00 per month, averaging $14.00 per family
served.
Deluxe Cost Example Summary (After Setup): For a funeral home with 1 screen and 5 deluxe services
per month, the cost would be:
• 5 x $19 = $95 for arrangement and death notice slides
• $10.00 for the software screen charge Total: $105.00 per month, averaging $21.00 per family
served.
To clarify, in a month with zero cases, the cost would only be $10.00 for the TV software screen
subscription. The exception would be if you have other non-death-related slides created during the
month.
Additional changes to the slides or the run schedule that continuously runs even without deaths:
• Creating a new promotional slide: One-time cost of $12.00 per slide, which can be used in the
future at no additional cost.
• You also have the option to create your own slide and send it to us. The best resolution is a 16:9
ratio, preferably HD (1280 x 720 or 1920 x 1080 pixels).
Changes in the general playlist are made at no cost as long as they can be done simultaneously with
adding and deleting the death information slides.
Please note that this pricing structure is designed to minimize costs for funeral homes. It is subject to
change, and we value your input and ideas. However, please be aware that we charge a $7.00 fee per
change/revision due to errors in the content provided prior to us receiving it. To reduce mistakes or
changes, it is recommended to avoid including eulogist or speaking guest names on the arrangement
slides, as we will automatically remove them. Additionally, using prefixes like Ms. or Mrs. may
increase the chance of errors and can be omitted unless specified by you.
Having the correct spelling of the deceased's name, as well as accurate birth and death dates, is
essential. While the main photo of the deceased is not needed for the death notice slide in the deluxe
package, it is crucial to provide us with the best photo possible for arrangement slide publications.
Photo edits should not be requested until the family has had sufficient time to finalize
their choice. Professional portrait photos are preferred, but if unavailable, the family could select two
photos, and we will determine the most suitable one for use.

We already have a library of slide template backgrounds and are continuously expanding our variety. We will usually choose the arrangement slide background from our library, but feel free to share any special information, particularly military-based or branch of service details. Some backgrounds are not always usable as the printed text has to be readable on top of the image.

content, and more. The non-death playlist will run as soon as the previous death slides have expired. If
you have any changes to be made to this playlist, please instruct us before the death slides expire to
prevent additional changes.
#2 - DEATH Related Playlist: This playlist is intended for times when you have death notice slides
and/or arrangements in effect. We recommend the following sequence: an 8-second Welcome screen,
followed by the death-related slides, and then a short 8-second weather forecast slide. This sequence
will loop back to the Welcome screen and death slides again. The death slides are visible for a longer
duration to give viewers ample time to read the content.
